The Player Experience

The perfect gift for those who play an instrument and sing. Armed with their instrument of choice, we’ll set them comfortably in our live room, surround them by expensive microphones, and capture singing and playing. They can choose to sing and play their own songs, cover versions, or even play along with instrument-specific backing tracks.

Overview

We’ll add studio magic and correct any errors on the way with some clever editing and gadgets. It has to be seen to be believed. Multi-track editing, production, mixing and mastering is all included.

Bring an instrument of choice. We’ve recorded piano (you can use ours), guitar (electric and acoustic), sax, ukulele, banjo, flute etc. Longer experiences are ideal for 2 participants, or within that time our producer can add drums and bass for a fuller sound. We have various instruments for your use. With have a longer experience available if you want to include your own drummer – take a look at our Band Experience.

The finished results of your recording are placed on to your personal Music Web Page for downloading, sharing and playing to friends and family. We’ll compliment your page with a photograph taken by us in the studio live room.
